Mission context
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is ensuring consistency with other projects and strategic decisions within the framework of Facility Management and more specifically of the project Montagne du Parc (a “multi-tenancy ready” complex office building of 4500 workplaces).
The project manager will be part of the team of Solutions & Optimisation Office (SOO), a support entity of Facility Management
The project manager is a key role in the coordination of the various contributors. He/She will work closely with all the contributors of the different initiatives in the context Montagne du Parc.

Function description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager whois capable to manage his project in an independent way with the delivery of the whole scope, included change management, communication and implementation :

  • Define a strategy
  • Define a roadmap
  • Define the governance
  • Ensure the follow-up
  • Ensure the implementation
  • Challenges the business needs and/or process
  • Sefines and develops pertinent solutions
  • Makes optimisation proposals with a continuous focus on risk
  • Follow the process and technical teams involved
  • Ensuring consistency with other projects and strategic decisions within the framework of Facility Management and more specifically of the project Montagne du Parc.

Language requirements

  • Dutch Strong written and spoken communication skills

  • English Strong written and spoken communication skills

Required experience / knowledge

  • At least several years of significant experience as a project manager with practical knowledge of project methodology
  • Extensive experience with “Physical Security and access management” projects
